Well dh went to the job interview this morning. It looks like he might well have the job, I’ll keep you updated.

Last friday, my birthday, dh quit his job. The why’s and howcomes are just too personal for a public blog, but suffice it to say it was for the best. Monday he put in an application at the Super Walmart that we do our grocery shopping at and my parents both work at. Tuesday they called to check with his former employer, and then called dh to set up an interview. Later this morning dh has his job interview, so please say a prayer that he gets this job. Even with it being slightly less pay, since it will be steady year-round work, by the end of the year it’ll work out closely to the same income as before.

I have added buttons to the sidebar of this blog. I am trying to figure out just how to put up pictures of my own buttons for y’all, but haven’t worked that out just yet.

Well it’s rather late, and I am going with dh to the Super Walmart later. While he is on his interview I’ll be grocery shopping. We figured why make a second trip when we can combine two trips to make just one!

I am well into the 5th repeat of the “Adamas Shawl”, and am wishing that I had made mom’s out of this pattern! It is such a breaze to work.
