If you are still trying to decide what sorts of things to get me I’d like to ask for fingering/sock weight yarns. Any colors, self stripping, self patterning, multicolored, solid colors, or what ever else. Yes there are notions and such that I might like or could use, but I need yarn in order to keep knitting! Just a suggestion.

My name is Ellen and I have relaly enjoyed being your pal. I haven’t bene knitting much lately becasue we have been moving and are moving again in a few short weeks. We’re moving to Seattle and have been traveling (over 4 hours) to find a place to live and get the kiddo into school, etc. It’s been pretty crazy. I hope things are great with you. SOunds like people have been pretty generous and that’s good.

I tried to reply to your comment about the Lava Flow pattern, but Yahoo didn’t like your address.
Yes, you can use 5dpns for the pattern, I would put 18 stitches on each needle if you are casting on 72.
